As NGI Trenchless Pipe & Sewer Repair’s operations manager, you will be at the helm of our company’s core services, including trenchless plumbing, sewer, storm and drain cleaning lines of businesses along with the company’s internal operations, including CSR Software, Tech Management, Project Management, Job Cost Analysis, etc. We are in need of someone with a targeted operational focus that allows for smoother back-office functions, which foster increased quality and company expansion. We are looking for a leader who has experience in leading a service-based business and has a proven track record of sustainable growth with broad geographical coverage, all while maintaining the integrity of our processes and support operations across our organization.

• Execute policy and ensure accountability, model great leadership and actively share in the responsibility for setting the tone for the company.
• Organizational management: Strong project and people management. Someone who is capable of driving multiple work streams and team members toward deadlines and juggling priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Execution Expert: You can consistently meet expectations and commitments on tight deadlines, all while managing a variety of tasks and in an efficient manner.

-You will be entrusted with your own share of responsibilities as well as helping to make sure that technicians manage their responsibilities in an effective manner.

-You will help build and create a work environment where you and team members can succeed.
